On January 22, Mandel Automotive Components (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Nan as the legal representative. The registered capital is 180 million RMB. The business scope includes the manufacturing of automotive components and accessories, research and development of automotive components, wholesale and retail of automotive parts, and the operation of road freight transport stations. The equity panoramic view shows that the company is wholly owned by Mandel Electronics and Electrical Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Great Wall Motors (601633).
