ZeroBaseInvest GmbH has submitted a formal acquisition offer to LISI Automotive, planning to purchase all shares of its subsidiary LISI Automotive Nomel. LISI Automotive Nomel specializes in the production of nuts through cold heading processes and the manufacturing of washers using vertical cutting technology, with its products widely used in the automotive and industrial/distribution markets.
This subsidiary is located in La Ferté-Frênel, France (department 61). With its established strong business relationships with renowned automakers such as Stellantis, Renault, Ford, Nissan, as well as industrial distributors and manufacturers of screws and clip nuts, it is projected to achieve sales of approximately 35 million euros in 2024. Following the acquisition, LISI Automotive's subsidiary will continue to supply the necessary washers and nuts for its customers' automotive applications.
This acquisition further complements the nut product line produced by ZB M+F, a subsidiary of ZeroBaseInvest GmbH, which was acquired from LISI Automotive Former in 2020. The transaction will enable LISI Automotive to focus more on providing high-value fastening solutions and mechanical components to automotive customers.
The deal is subject to certain conditions and necessary approvals, and it is expected to be completed by the end of February 2025.
