9th Session of 1st Member Congress & Council Meeting

On March 21st, the Ninth Session of the First Mem)ber Congress and the Ninth Session of the First Council Meeting of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association was grandly held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Member representatives from all over the country gathered together to discuss the new trends in industry development and plot a new blueprint for future cooperation.

Wang Chengju, the Chairman of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, read the reply regarding the request for the change of the Ninth Council of the Fasteners Branch.

Xue Kangsheng, the President of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, presented the "Work Report of the Eighth Council of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association," which gave a detailed review of the industry's development and the Association's main work during the term of the Eighth Council. He also conducted an in-depth analysis of the current challenges and opportunities and put forward constructive suggestions for the work of the next council.

Wang Shihong, the Secretary-General of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, reported on the financial income and expenditure, elaborating on the financial situation and the use of membership fees.
Subsequently, presided over by Xue Kangsheng, the President of the Fasteners Branch, the staff read the "Work Plan for the Change of Council of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association," the "Election Method for the Change of Council of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association," and the "List of the Chief Supervisor, Supervisors, and Counters for the Ninth Member Congress of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association." They also gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the precautions during the voting process to ensure the smooth progress of the council change election.

After serious review by the delegates, the congress passed the "Work Plan for the Change of Council of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association" and the "Election Method for the Change of Council of the Fasteners Branch of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association."

Through a strict democratic voting process, the meeting successfully completed the election of the council members and standing council members of the Ninth Council of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, as well as the election of the president, vice-presidents, and secretary-general of the Ninth Branch.

The council members unanimously agreed that Comrade Xue Kangsheng should serve as the President of the Ninth Branch. In addition, they unanimously agreed that Chen Jutian, Jiang Yongfeng, Zhao Yuobo, Shen Jiahua, Bian Jianchun, Ding Baoping, Zhang Yao, Yu Fengming, Ji Shao, Huang Cheng'an, Chen Yuezhong, Wang Zongguang, Feng Yun, Dai Wenqing should serve as the vice-presidents of the Ninth Branch, and Jiao Junhua as the Secretary-General of the Ninth Branch.

Nomination by President Xue Kangsheng, the council agreed to appoint Feng Jinyao as the Honorary President and Shen Deshan to serve as an expert.

President Xue Kangsheng expressed his gratitude, first and foremost, to the trust and support of the member representatives. He promised to lead the new council members to continue to carry forward the association's fine traditions, strengthen industry exchange and cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of the fasteners industry.

Finally, Wang Chengju, the Chairman of the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, delivered an important speech. He stated that in the future, the association would build more platforms for members to exchange ideas, share experiences, and jointly cultivate talents.

We believe that as long as we work together with the motherland, maintain consistency with the industry, and advance hand in hand with the association, facing difficulties head-on, we will surely create a brighter future for the general machinery components industry.
