On November 15th, the Huawei (Shenzhen) Global Embodied Intelligence Industry Innovation Center officially announced its operation. The center was jointly established by Huawei, the People's Government of Bao'an District, and the Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone Management Bureau.
Huawei's blueprint in the field of embodied intelligence was also revealed on this day. Huawei also signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with 16 companies, including Leju Robots, Han's Robots, Topstar, Zhongjian Technology, China Soft International, Hechuan Humanoid Robots, and Zhaowei Mechanical and Electrical, to jointly promote the innovative applications of embodied intelligence in the future.
It is worth noting that this is not Huawei's first foray into the field of embodied intelligence. In April 2022, Huawei signed a cooperation agreement with Dharma Robots to collaborate on technical breakthroughs and industry applications in the field of robotics, marking Huawei's first involvement in the humanoid robotics sector.
