Recently, the Zhuhai Testing Institute of Guangdong Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute initiated two scientific and technological projects, "Research on Online Monitoring Method and System) Development for Bolt Loosening in Key Components of Escalators Based on Artificial Intelligence (Project Number: 2220004000289)", relying on the Zhuhai Engineering Technology Research and Development Center for Special Inspection Instrument R&D and Process Application. After the expert group reviewed the acceptance materials, it was agreed that the scientific and technological projects had met the requirements specified in the contract and achieved the relevant technical and economic indicators, and they were unanimously approved for acceptance.
The project "Research on Online Monitoring Method and System Development for Bolt Loosening in Key Components of Escalators Based on Artificial Intelligence" can monitor the loosening of bolts in key components of escalators in real-time. By applying artificial intelligence technology, it innovatively developed an online monitoring method and system for bolt loosening. This allows for real-time monitoring of bolt loosening status, accurately capturing subtle changes, and suppressing potential safety hazards in their infancy. The project has been granted 1 invention patent, 4 utility model patents, 1 software copyright, and has published 5 research papers.
