Recently, in order to seize the significant opportunities in the development of embodied intelligent robotics and to promote innovative development of the industry in Chongqing, seven departments have jointly issued the "Several Policy Measures for Supporting the Innovative Development of the Embodied Intelligent Robotics Industry in Chongqing." The main contents of the policy include the following:
Building an Industrial Innovation System: Supporting enterprises in constructing innovation platforms, and promoting key technological breakthroughs, including research and development in chips, end-effectors, sensors, etc.
Strengthening Product Application and Promotion: Precisely opening up application scenarios and enhancing the demonstration and promotion of embodied intelligent robots in manufacturing and other fields.
Enhancing Industrial Generation Capacity: Establishing an industrial generation platform, nurturing market entities, and supporting the development of entrepreneurial teams and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Reinforcing Support for Development Elements: Improving the public service system, supporting the construction of a standards system, strengthening the development of a talent team, and increasing financial support.
Strengthening Coordinated Development: Enhancing organizational leadership, creating a favorable atmosphere for development, and supporting the hosting of related activities and exhibitions.
These policy measures will take effect from January 1, 2025, aiming to cultivate new quality productivity with Chongqing's characteristics and to promote the high-quality development of the embodied intelligent robotics industry.
