CNC lathe usage

5、Calibrate and set up the tools: Install and adjust the cutting tools, ensuring their correct alignment and calibration. Adjust tool cutting speeds, feed rates, cutting depths, and other parameters as required.

6、Run the machining: Start the control system of the CNC lathe and initiate the machining process. The CNC lathe will automatically execute the cutting operations based on the loaded program. The operator can monitor the machining process to ensure smooth operations.

7、Inspection and quality control: Once the machining is complete, inspect and perform quality control checks on the part. Measure and verify the machined part using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, or dial indicators.

8、Unload the part: Remove the finished part from the lathe and perform any necessary post-processing, such as deburring, polishing, or cleaning.
