On November 26th, the press conference for the 2024 Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Conference was held in Chongqing. Inspector Chen Jianjun introduced the development of Chongqing's equipment manufacturing industry. He said that Chongqing aims to build a world-class equipment manufacturing industrial cluster in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, focusing on the intelligent and digital transformation of equipment manufacturing to create a 500 billion-level industrial cluster of intelligent equipment and smart manufacturing. Chongqing will next plan to build open and shared "comprehensive, specialized, enterprise-type" concept validation, pilot validation platforms, and innovation-sharing factories to create an industrial ecosystem that deeply integrates innovation, industry, capital, and talent chains.
Deputy District Governor Zhou Yi, when discussing the situation in Jiangjin District and the Chongqing Hub Industrial Park, noted the significant achievements in building a new industrialization industrial demonstration base in Jiangjin District. The Chongqing Hub Industrial Park also shows unique resource advantages in building the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.
